My story
For 20 years, I played by the rules.
Corporate rules. Societal rules. "How it's supposed to be" rules.
And for a while, I was good at it.
I worked my way up from machine operator to assistant production manager.
Leading teams, building systems, hitting targets.
On the outside, it all looked like success.
But inside, something was slowly eroding.
Not because I was broken.
Because I was becoming disconnected from who I really was.
My wife Joke, an ER doctor, was pursuing her path with fierce commitment.
We had our daughter.
And I started asking deeper questions.
About impact.
About presence.
About what it means to truly lead, not just at work, but in life.
In 2018, I walked away from the corporate treadmill.
Not because I had all the answers.
Because I was finally ready to ask the right questions.
Who am I when I strip away the titles?
What do I value when no one's watching?
How do I build a life that feels aligned: powerful, present and peaceful?
That's when the Happy Harmony Framework was born.
Not as a polished system from a textbook.
As a lived experience. A daily practice.
A radical return to what truly matters.
I've walked through the fire of disconnection.
I've seen what it does to high performers.
Especially those who care deeply, give endlessly and forget to include themselves.
I've also learned how to turn that fire into fuel.
Today, I help entrepreneurs, parents and high achievers reclaim their energy, their clarity and their own rhythm.
Not by asking them to do more or hustle harder.
By guiding them home to who they really are.
Harmony is not about balance. It's about alignment.
Building a life that works for you, from the inside out.

The husband of a powerhouse woman.
A dad to a radiant daughter who teaches me more than any book ever could.
A storyteller and a theatre actor.
A metalhead, a gamer and a relentless book-devourer,
with a soft spot for long nature walks.
I don't pretend to be perfect.
But I show up every day: raw, real and committed to helping others rise.
You're not here because you're lost.
You're here because a part of you refuses to settle.
Whichever path you choose, what matters is that you choose.
